Launching a New Podcast

Unpreparedness is an enemy of success, but so too is chronic preparedness. I am talking about the obsessive compulsive research and development phase that many never leave. Those entrepreneurs will never actually launch their business, their blog, their podcast, (their dreams, really)...
A few days ago, I found Pat Flynn’s You Tube Channel while trying to figure out how to fade out intro music on my Coffee with Chana Podcast in my computer’s recording program. Not only did Flynn solve my question, the time stamped the answer in the video description. (Thank you, Mr. Flynn).
One if the most valuable bits of advice Mr. Flynn gave was to create a list of 20-30 topics for your podcast. The second most valuable point he made was to talk about your podcast. He mused on how his podcast was launched a year and a half after he announced it online. The gist: never give up, and stay the course until your podcast is launched.
I announced the airing of the first Chana with Coffee Podcast to be January 16th, and here it is, the 23rd. I have a new respect for what is entailed in posting a podcast. I assure you the delay is due to post production work. The takeaway is when you start an endeavor whether it’s that book you have been meaning to write, the You Tube Channel you’ve been wanting to start, or a podcast for a topic that is not yet covered, be tenacious. Believe in yourself. And cultivate in yourself the brand of undaunted courage that Pat Flynn so generously provides to his audience.
As I near the podcast launch finish line, I thank you for your support and look forward to discussing the Healing for Chronic Pain Series. Message me your healing topic interests and stay tuned. This is going to be fun.
